La Caldea combines the fruity sweetness of apple with the delicately spiced notes of cinnamon.

On the palate, it reveals a round, generous, and balanced profile, where the fruit shines through first before gradually allowing the warmer, spiced nuances of the cinnamon to emerge.

Crafted in small batches in La Grande Béroche, in the canton of Neuchâtel, La Caldea joins the RYSERA liqueurs with a recipe designed around two iconic and complementary ingredients.

Its name, Caldea, draws inspiration from the Latin calidus, meaning hot, ardent, in reference to the aromatic character provided in particular by the cinnamon.

Serving suggestions

• neat, chilled or at room temperature;
