L’Aurora honors the orange, crafted to reveal its fruity notes, aromatic freshness, and the slight bitterness that gives it its full personality.

Its color, with golden and orange reflections, accompanies a generous aromatic profile, where citrus fruits express themselves with a balance of sweetness, intensity, and freshness.

Crafted in small batches in La Grande Béroche, in the canton of Neuchâtel, L’Aurora joins the RYSERA cuvées with a recipe focused on the expression of orange and its various aromatic nuances.

Its name, Aurora, evokes the dawn, that moment when the first light appears on the horizon. It also refers to the northern lights, whose colors and interplay of light inspired the identity of this cuvée.
